Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns
At Amira Designs we are 100% confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Our client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. As such, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return your unworn, unwashed merchandise to us within 14 days of delivery and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. NOTE All items are exchangeable for a different size. There is no Returns/Exchange on final sale items.
Returned items must be free from stains, perfumes, or odors of any kind and must have the original tags in place. Items that do not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned at the customer's expense.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your item(s) purchased, please contact us at
return@amira-designs.com within fourteen days of receiving, with your order number as well as the reason for your return. You must contact us first before sending back to the return address. Returned items will be inspected in accordance with our return requirements. Once your refund has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email or text message notifying you that your refund has been processed. Please note refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment and processing times may vary based on your banking institution.
